• To prepare youth as peer educators and agents of change.
• To serve as forums for students to participate in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
• To promote voluntary blood donation among youth.
• To motivate youth and build their capacity as peer educators.
• To counsel students regarding various preventive measures for their health.
